Privacy Policy

memorecool is operated by ME MORE COOL PTY. LTD. (ABN 45 611 538 697) ("we", "us"), which builds the AUS Invoice app and this website. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple: we collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account details — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple.
Business & billing data you enter — your business details and ABN, your clients and their details, and the invoices, quotes, expenses, time entries and reports you create in the app.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical & diagnostic data — limited information such as app version, device type and crash/error logs, used to keep the app stable and secure.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers.

2. How we use your information

To provide the app's core features — creating and storing your invoices, quotes, clients, expenses, time and reports.
To sync your data securely across your devices when you sign in.
To process optional subscriptions and restore purchases.
To respond to your support requests.
To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Google Firebase — secure sign-in, database and file storage for your account data.
Apple — App Store subscriptions and Sign in with Apple.
RevenueCat — management of subscription status and purchase receipts.

Each provider maintains its own security and privacy practices. Payment card details are handled entirely by Apple; we never see or store them.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase and may be processed on servers located outside Australia. We rely on providers that apply industry-standard security safeguards.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You are always in control:

Delete your account & data: open AUS Invoice and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems. You can also email support@memorecool.au and we'll take care of it.

6. Security

Access to your data requires signing in to your account. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored using reputable, access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.

7. Children

AUS Invoice is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
