Kerbie Terms of Use

Last updated 9 August 2026 · Applies to the Kerbie app.

Kerbie is operated by ME MORE COOL PTY. LTD. (ABN 45 611 538 697). By using Kerbie you agree to these terms.

What Kerbie is

Kerbie is a community noticeboard for items left on the kerb for collection. We don't own, inspect or guarantee any listed item. Collecting kerbside items is at your own risk and subject to your local council's rules.

Objectionable content — zero tolerance

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Posts must be live photos of genuine kerbside items. Fake posts, offensive or dangerous content, spam, or harassment will result in content removal and account bans. Every post can be reported in-app; reports are reviewed within 24 hours and offending users are removed. You can also block any user, which immediately hides all of their content from you.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you post and grant us a licence to display them in the app. Posts expire from the map after 24 hours. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Tips

Thank-you tips are voluntary gifts between users, go 100% to the poster, and are transferred in users' own banking apps. Kerbie does not process payments, takes no share, and tipping never unlocks any feature.

Liability

Kerbie is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for loss arising from items collected, missed, or interactions between users.
